Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of paulscontainersltd.com and any purchase you make from Pauls Containers Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

1. About us
Pauls Containers Ltd is a company incorporated in Canada, registered at 963 Henderson Hwy, P.O. Box 35016, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2K 2M3. Business Number: {{BUSINESS_NUMBER}}. GST/HST registration: {{GST_NUMBER}}.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell new ("one-trip"), used and modified shipping containers, modular cabins, chassis and trailers. We describe each unit as accurately as we can, including its grade and condition.
- Used units are sold as individual goods. Surface rust, dents, patch repairs, mismatched paint and residual decals are normal and are not defects.
- Photographs are representative. Unless an listing states that images show the exact unit, the unit you receive will match the stated size, grade and specification but may differ cosmetically.
- Dimensions and weights are nominal manufacturer figures and carry standard industry tolerances.
- "Wind and watertight" (WWT) means the unit is sound against wind and water in normal conditions. It does not mean airtight, insulated, or fit for habitation without modification.
- Availability changes daily. Listing a unit is not a guarantee that it remains in stock.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), include delivery, and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
- GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout from your delivery province at the rate in force on the order date.
- Prices include delivery anywhere in Canada. No freight charge is added at checkout. Crane placement and redelivery after a failed delivery are charged separately and quoted in advance.
- We may correct pricing or specification errors. If a material error affects your order we will contact you to confirm or cancel it, and we will refund you in full if you cancel.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a written order confirmation. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where pricing was stated in error, where delivery to your site is not feasible, or where we suspect fraud.
6. Payment
We accept bank (wire/EFT) transfer and Interac e-Transfer. Full payment, or an agreed deposit, must clear before we schedule delivery. Detailed terms are in our Billing Terms and Conditions. Title to the goods passes to you only on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on delivery.
7. Delivery and site readiness
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. In summary, you are responsible for ensuring the site is accessible to a tilt-bed or flat-bed truck, is level and firm, and that any permit required by your municipality is in place before the delivery date. Failed deliveries caused by site conditions are rechargeable.
8. Returns and cancellation
See our Return and Refund Policy. Because containers and trailers are large goods that are allocated and transported individually, cancellation and return rights are more limited than for ordinary retail goods, and restocking and freight charges can apply.
9. Warranty
New one-trip containers carry the manufacturer's structural warranty where one is offered. Used units are sold as-is, with any grade-specific assurance (such as wind and watertight) stated on the listing. Nothing in these terms excludes conditions and warranties implied by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Permitted use of the site
You may not scrape, mirror or bulk-copy our catalogue, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site unlawfully. All site content, including photographs, copy and the Pauls Containers Ltd name and logo, is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or site preparation and crane costs. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, port and rail congestion, strikes, road closures and government action.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Manitoba have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
